• 11) After you arrive at the pickup location, you must send the pictures of the freight and cargo space
• 12) Driver must send us the document from the delivery place
• 13) We will let you know when it will be 'good to go'
• 14) Perfect, finally you can leave
• 15) We will find a new load from the delivery location

If you bid on the load and we will get that load for you, driver must start rolling to the pickup location, if he/she wants to cancel it, owner will be fined!

In that case please call our HR, so she can check you status in our system (302)295-2149 EXT. 102 .Also Please check our TELEGRAM CHAT and make sure notifications are turned on.

The most common reason for that are rates, for example if you bid higher rate than another truck, then there is a higher chance that customer will approve his bid. So you can always ask for recommended prices to our dispatch.
